Age All spa guests must be 16 or older to schedule a treatment. Younger guests will need to have an adult present for their treatment.
Arrival Time We suggest that you arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will allow you enough time to check in, change in to your robe and slippers and enjoy the spa facilities. Please note that, as a courtesy to our guests, all appointments end at their scheduled time regardless of start time. Late arrivals will receive only the remaining available appointment time and will be charged the price of the full treatment.
Cancellations & "No Shows" Treatment times are reserved especially for you. We kindly request that cancellations or changes be made at least 24 hours in advance for single treatments and 72 hours in advance for multiple treatments in order to avoid the 50% charge to your credit card. Please note that, if you do not show up or fail to cancel your appointment, your credit card will be charged in full.
Cellular Phones In consideration of our other guests, we ask that you turn off your cell phone and/or pager before entering the spa.
For Your Comfort If you need help selecting your treatment(s), our spa concierge will be happy to assist you. To ensure your comfort during your treatment, we encourage you to communicate with your service provider regarding room temperature, pressure and technique. Shaving is not recommended prior to any body exfoliation or hair removal service. However, we recommend that men shave approximately two hours prior to their scheduled facial treatment.
For Your Safety Please notify our reservation department if you are pregnant or if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any physical ailments or special needs, or have any other health considerations that would affect your choice of services. Please provide this information on your Personal Care Guide upon arrival at the spa, as well.
Gift Cards RockResorts® Gift Cards are a wonderful way to give the gift of health, relaxation and beauty to the special people in your life. Gift Cards may be purchased at the front desk or by phone. They must be presented at the time of service at cannot be redeemed for cash. The spa is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

Payment & Gratuities We accept all major credit cards, personal checks and travelers' checks.
Privacy Your privacy is our top priority and will always be respected. Upon arrival, a robe and slippers will be provided to you. Undergarments are not necessary, but you may wear them during your treatment if you prefer. Our licenses therapists and estheticians will ensure that you are properly covered throughout your treatment.
Reservations Advance reservations are highly recommended. To book a treatment prior to arrival at the hotel, call 877-657-ROCK. Reservations are subject to availability and must be secured with a credit card.
Valuables The RockResort Spa provides secure lockers with personal combinations. However, for your conviencne, we recommend that you leave your valuables in your guest room safe during your visit to the spa.
