Opening Date
The Landings St. Lucia opened in December, 2007 and is being developed in four phases.  The Landings recently completed phase two with phase three scheduled for completion mid-2010.

The Resort
The Landings, St. Lucia is an exclusive waterfront residential development located on the most beautiful bay in St. Lucia. All accommodations are waterfront with either a beachfront, harbor, lagoon or channel water view. All residences are generously proportioned and finished to the highest standards. Amenities currently include The Beach Club resataurant, Viscount Lounge, 7,000 square foot RockResorts Spa®, fitness gallery, water sports, swimming pools, helicopter access, concierge services, and more.

Location
The Landings, St. Lucia is ideally located on 19 acres with 730 feet of the island’s most stunning beachfront. From the resort guests can access a wide range of shopping, cafes, bars, clubs and restaurants that are just a ten minute walk or five minute drive into Rodney Bay village. The St. Lucia Golf and Country Club, an 18-hole championship course, is just five minutes away. National Heritage Park is a few hundred meters up the beach and features a fort, officers’ quarters and barracks dating from the 18th and 19th centuries in a tropical jungle environment.

Accommodations
The Landings will offer a mix of 231 one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom and three-bedroom grand residence condos. As a five star luxury resort, interior and exterior finishes reflect quality stone, porcelain ceramics, fine hardwoods and quality craftsmanship. Owners can choose from Traditional or Contemporary interior design furnishing packages including all kitchen and bathroom fittings. All units will include air conditioning, satellite or cable television and high speed internet connections. All ground floor units and top floor units will have heated, jetted plunge pools.

RockResorts Spa
The 7,000-square-foot RockResorts Spa and fitness facility features spa suites, a couples room, individual treatment rooms, separate men’s and women’s accommodations, and fitness gallery. The salon and spa will be located on the Mezzanine level of the Pavilion.

Restaurants
The Landings, St. Lucia offers The Beach Club restaurant, a casual three-meal restaurant, as well as 24-hour in-room dining.  The Landings also features the Viscount Lounge and will soon feature a fine-dining restaurant.

The Marina
The final marina design will accommodate approximately 80 boats, available only to Owners at The Landings on an annual basis. The maximum draft allowable in the private yacht harbor is 8’ 6” and maximum boat length within the harbor is 50 feet. Larger boats can be accommodated on the pier extension located adjacent to the entrance to the channel.

Meetings/Social Events
The Landings St. Lucia provides the perfect location for destination weddings, family reunions, and business incentive programs.  Outdoor meeting space is available on the Compass Terrace and beach, with indoor meeting space in the spacious villa suites, Admiral's Room and welcome pavilion. 
 
Hotel Services
Concierge service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to arrange travel, sightseeing, activities and dining arrangements. The Landings also offers private parking, high-speed wireless Internet, fitness center, and 24 hour security.  
  
Activities
Recreation abounds year-round in Saint Lucia. Activities at The Landings include sunning and swimming at the beach or seven heated pools distributed throughout the development, a tennis club and golfing at the nearby St. Lucia Golf and Country Club (a lifetime membership to the Club is included with purchase at The Landings). St. Lucia is famous for scuba diving, snorkeling, parasailing, deep sea fishing, sailing, jet skiing and other oceanic activities which can be chartered through The Landings’ Water Sports Concession.

The developers of The Landings is The Landing Ltd, a St. Lucian registered company. The Landings is managed by RockResorts International, LLC based in Broomfield, Colorado.

Access
The Landings, St. Lucia is twenty minutes by car from Vigie Airport and The Landings will provide guests and Owners with helicopter access from Hewanora International Airport.
