The Landings has 62 one, two and three bedroom accommodations.  Each residence is built to the highest technological, ergonomic and environmental standards, and is luxuriously detailed and finished with the finest materials, fittings and fixtures.

All residences feature:

• Fully equipped kitchen with premium-brand appliances
• Spacious living room with an LCD panel television, CD player and high speed internet access.
• Two oversized terraces or two landscaped patios; some with jetted plunge pools.
• Spectacular views of the beach, channel or harbor.

Decor:

• Traditional units blend European and Caribbean décor and feature Italian and local coral porcelain tile, kitchens highlighted with Tuscan-stone mosaics, traditional West Indian mahogany furniture, and antique and bamboo accents.
• Contemporary units bring the freshness of the Caribbean indoors. The aqua, teal and sky-blue accents, strong textures of hand-rubbed paint finishes, and rattan and smoothly honed marble provide a sense of whimsy and charm.
