Resort Fee
Please Note: You will be charged a separate, daily $30 Resort Fee per room not included in room rate. This fee is taxable. The Resort Fee includes:
Deposit Policy:
A deposit of $100 per reservation is charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. Full and final payment is due 21 days prior to arrival and is automatically charged to the card on file at that time. Reservations that are booked inside 21 days from arrival date are charged full and final payment at time of booking.
Holiday reservations staying December 19, 2009 - January 3, 2010 require a $2000 deposit charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. Full and final payment is due on November 1, 2009 and is automatically charged to the card on file at that time. Reservations that are booked inside November 1, 2009 are charged full and final payment at time of booking. All final payments are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy through December 17, 2009
Free cancellation outside 21 days of arrival. Cancellations made 21 days or less of arrival are subject to forfeiture of full payment. No shows, late arrivals and early departures are charged the entire amount for the reserved stay.
Cancellation for December 18, 2009 - January 10, 2010
Free cancellation prior to November 1, 2008. Non refundable as of November 1, 2008. No shows, late arrivals and early departures are charged the entire amount for the reserved stay.
Local tax
8% tax on all resort purchases.
Service Fee
10% service fee is applicable to all resort purchases.
Grow Well Program
The Landings St. Lucia, following in the tradition of RockResorts, makes it a priority to give back to our community in any way we can. Please join us in supporting Grow Well, an on-island youth charity organization that protects the futures of St. Lucia’s children by providing educational programs and services. A $2.00 per night contribution to Grow Well will be added to your room bill. Should you prefer to not donate, our Front Desk will provide you that option at check in.
St Lucia Departure Tax
EC $68 (US $26) for all international passengers over 12 years old or EC $35 (US $13) for regional passengers must be paid when leaving the Island. Cash only.
Standard Occupancy
Harbor Front Villa Suite (One Bedroom): two persons.
Deluxe Villa Suites (Two Bedrooms): four persons.
Premium Villa Suites (Three Bedrooms): six persons.
Grand Villa Suite (Three Bedrooms): six persons.
Additional Persons
Each unit may accommodate up to one additional person (Grand Villa Suites can accommodate up to two additional persons) by adding a crib or rollaway bed. All lodging rates are subject to a nightly fee of $50 per adult aged 13 and over or $25 per child aged 0-12 for additional guests occupying the room exceeding standard occupancy.
Accepted Credit Cards
The Landings St. Lucia accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Carte Blanche, EuroCard, and Diners Club. We are unable to accept to checks.
Check In and Check Out Times
Check-in begins at 4 p.m., and checkout is prior to 11 a.m. For late check-out availability, check with the front desk on the morning of your departure.
Children
The Landings St Lucia is family friendly resort.
Pets
The Landings St. Lucia welcomes all service animals but is not able to accommodate other pets at the resort.
Smoking
The Landings St. Lucia is pleased to offer a smoke free resort experience. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
