Resort Fee
Please Note: You will be charged a separate, daily $30 Resort Fee per room not included in the room rate. This fee is taxable. The Resort Fee includes:

• Boat transfers across The Landings' channel
• Non-motorized watersports
• Parking
• Internet access
• Business center use
• Ground transfer to Rodney Bay Village
• Other services & amenities to enhance your stay

Deposits & Cancellations

Standard Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Applicable to all dates EXCEPT for reservations arriving December 17 - January 5.

• A deposit of $100 per room is automatically charged at the time of booking.  Deposit policy is subject to change.
• Final payment is due in full, less any deposits, 21 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file at that time.
• Reservations made less than 21 days prior to arrival will be automatically charged in full at the time the reservation is made.
• Any changes made to reservation may affect total package price.
• All changes are subject to availability.
• If cancelled outside of 21 days prior to arrival, deposit received will be forfeited.
• If cancelled inside of 21 days prior to arrival, all money received will be forfeited.

Holiday Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Applicable to all reservations arriving between December 17 - January 5.

• A deposit of $2,000 per room is automatically charged at the time of booking.  Deposit policy is subject to change.
• Final payment for a holiday reservation is automatically charged and non-refundable on October 1.
• Holiday deposit and payment policy applies to reservations that include a date between December 17 and January 5.
• Any changes made to reservation may affect total package price.
• All changes are subject to availability.
• If cancelled prior to October 1, deposit received will be forfeited.
• If cancelled after October 1, all money received will be forfeited.

Tax and Service Fees

Local tax
8% tax on all resort purchases.

Service Fee
10% service fee is applicable to all resort purchases.

Grow Well Program
The Landings St. Lucia, following in the tradition of RockResorts, makes it a priority to give back to our community in any way we can. Please join us in supporting Grow Well, an on-island youth charity organization that protects the futures of St. Lucia’s children by providing educational programs and services. A $2.00 per night contribution to Grow Well will be added to your room bill. Should you prefer to not donate, our Front Desk will provide you that option at check in.

St Lucia Departure Tax
Eastern Caribbean $68 (US $26) for all international passengers over 12 years old or Eastern Caribbean $35 (US $13) for regional passengers must be paid when leaving the Island. Cash only.

Standard Occupancy
Harbor Front Villa Suite (One Bedroom): two persons. Deluxe Villa Suites (Two Bedrooms): four persons. Premium Villa Suites (Three Bedrooms): six persons.Grand Villa Suite (Three Bedrooms): six persons.

Additional Persons
Each unit may accommodate up to one additional person (Grand Villa Suites can accommodate up to two additional persons) by adding a crib or rollaway bed. All lodging rates are subject to a nightly fee of $100 per adult aged 13 and over for additional guests occupying the room exceeding standard occupancy.  There will be no charge for additional guests aged 0-12 years.

Accepted Credit Cards
The Landings St. Lucia accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover. We are unable to accept checks.

Check-In and Check-Out Times
Check-in begins at 4 p.m., and checkout is prior to 11 a.m. For late check-out availability, check with the front desk on the morning of your departure.

Children
The Landings St Lucia is family friendly resort.

Pets
The Landings St. Lucia welcomes all service animals but is unable to accommodate other pets at the resort.

Smoking
The Landings St. Lucia is pleased to offer a smoke free resort experience. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
