St. Lucia Fine Dining at The Palms

Opened in December 2009, The Palms is a perfect representation of continental cuisine accented lightly with Caribbean flavor.  This twenty-eight seat restaurant provides a sophisticated atmosphere and a brilliant opportunity to "dress for dinner".  Guests can start their evening by enjoying cocktails and live music in the open-air Viscount Lounge before dining.  The Palms also offers a private dining room for up to twelve people.

The Palms is the embodiment of a vision to provide sophisticated cuisine through exquisite service in a stylish setting. The Palms' menu reflects that vision.

The Palms has also partnered with world-renowned St. Lucian artist, Llewellyn Xavier in displaying some of his most influential and environmentally-charged work.  His shadow box pieces can be seen adorning every wall.  The Landings and RockResorts are strong supporters of Xavier's conservation efforts and are proud sponsors of his work.
