Chef Richard TonksChef Tonks offers thirty years of experience throughout a diverse cross section of the catering industry. A member of the British Academy of Culinary Arts, Chef Tonks has been responsible for the kitchens at a variety of four and five star hotels in England, Kenya and the Maldives. Now at The Landings, Chef Tonks is the Executive Chef for all dining operations.
