Congratulations to Executive Chef Pat Pascal, Sous Chef Gilrey Samuel and the entire Landings Culinary Team for their recent successes!  The Landings' Culinary Team, led by Chef Pat Pascal, was awarded with the prize for Best Presentation during St. Lucia's Rhythm & Spice Festival.  Additionally, Sous Chef Gilrey Samuel participated with St. Lucia's national team during the CHTA's Taste of the Caribbean, bringing a Bronze Medal home to St. Lucia and The Landings!

The Beach Club

The Beach Club restaurant and bar offers a casual and inviting St. Lucia dining experience. Viscount Lounge

Located in the Welcome Pavilion, The Viscount Lounge offers a warm atmosphere with commanding views of The Landings Yacht Basin and surrounding resort grounds.  The Viscount Lounge provides the perfect location to enjoy a cocktail before and after dinner in The Palms.

The Palms

The Palms restaurant is The Landings St. Lucia's fine dining restaurant. The Palms offers a menu featuring continental cuisine with Caribbean flavors.  With a sophisticated and stylish atmosphere, The Palms offers a more private and personalized dinner.
