Nestled between the basin entrance and the white sands of The Landings' private beach, The Beach Club commands the best views of Rodney Bay for an exceptional St. Lucia dining experience. The locally inspired menu features a variety of fresh, locally caught seafood dishes with Caribbean flair. Developed by Executive Chef Richard Tonks and in recognition of the RockResorts vision for environmental sustainability, The Beach Club menu features locally grown produce including a variety of ingredients farmed using environmentally sustainable techniques.  The Beach Club provides an open-air St. Lucia dining experience that commands some of the most picturesque views in St. Lucia and allows guests to enjoy an array of exquisitely prepared dishes. 

The Beach Club serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and offers a full bar and wine list.
